mixjahhey dj, i have a now 3 year old t300 and its still working fine, still happy with it. pretty sure its the best wheel in that price range, best (default) pedals you'll get with the logitech g29 tho. just make sure you dont get a faulty one, apparently there have been some reliability issues with the t300 in the early days.
Scasuraabout enough space, you can fold the playseat challenge and put it in a corner..otherwise i wouldnt buy it by my self, also dont have much space

Not to mention their inability to be concise and brief. "The number 19 Magnus Racing Audi factory backed Audi R8 LMS Ultra GT3 car" can be replaced by "car 19", you know?
